We are seeking a Case Manager to provide direct, in-home services to children and families, with the goal of family reunification.

2000 Sign-on Bonus

Position Details :

  • Hybrid Schedule (varies based on client needs)
  • Evening, weekend work, and significant travel required
  • 2000 Sign-on Bonus for external applicants

Responsibilities :

  • Provide services to help reunite children with their families
  • Lead case planning conferences using a strengths-based approach
  • Maintain accurate documentation and testify in court when necessary

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Experience with children and families preferred
