As a Chiller Technician you will be responsible for the following :
- Maintaining and Servicing HVAC systems (Hydronic, Steam, Chilled Water, DX, Forced Air, Heat Pump, VAV, Constant Volume, Exhaust, Heat
- Recovery, Sheet Metal Ducting and various related mechanical systems)
- Maintaining tools, supplies, and equipment
- Diagnosing / troubleshooting centrifugal and screw technology and HVACR equipment
- Performing preventive maintenance on equipment
- Following all safety requirements and use appropriate PPE
- Maintaining expenses through planned courses of action
- Keeping appropriate records
- Having the Flexibility to work extended shifts (overtime as required)
- Maintaining professional appearance
