The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and meet the companys quality standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage project schedules coordinating with personnel and subcontractors to ensure projects run efficiently on time and within budget.
Oversee project documentation including submittals change orders purchase orders and more.
Prepare and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor purchase orders.
Lead project closeout activities ensuring all project requirements are met.
Monitor project budgets and approve costs to maintain profitability.
Identify address and resolve project issues in a timely manner.
Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in HVAC or related fields.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems mechanical plans and specifications.
