Thompson Pipe Group is looking for an entry-level Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales team. The successful candidate will work directly with the Inside Sales Manager and the Business Development Mangers to facilitate feedback, documentation, and information. The goal is to improve the utilization of our CRM to provide accurate key performance indicators and sales metrics in order to maximize our performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales data by managing CRM (Act!) and communicating with Business Development Managers to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
- E-filing important documents for bids and managing bid calendar in Outlook.
- Manage distribution of BDM and Field Service weekly travel schedules.
- Assist in the coordination of trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Support sales team in project validation and lead generation.
Requirements
Standard Schedule- Mon-Fri 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
