Hire Ventures, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant - Accounting to join our team in Atlanta. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Manager and Principal in managing day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.
This part-time role involves 30 hours of work per week, with 6 hours spent on-site in Hapeville, GA. You will be required to review and code American Express transactions, maintain Accounts Payable and American Express files, and provide executive-level support to the Principal.
Essential Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Provide administrative support to senior management
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in accounting or related field
- 2 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
