The Accounting and Office Services Associate will play a vital role in supporting the finance and operations teams at Hire Ventures, Inc. This part-time position requires 6 hours of on-site work in Hapeville, GA, and involves a range of responsibilities, including reviewing and coding American Express transactions and maintaining Accounts Payable and American Express files.

You will also be responsible for providing executive-level support to the Principal, including administrative and personal assistance. Additionally, you will perform various office duties, such as answering phones, managing mail, and ordering supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial data and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain organized and secure filing systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • 1 year of experience in administrative or accounting roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software
