We are partnered with an exciting, dynamic online retailer and distributor specializing in high-quality consumer products in the beauty industry. With a strong presence across major eCommerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shein, as well as a growing B2B distribution network, their business blends direct-to-consumer (DTC) online sales with traditional wholesale partnerships, maintaining an established presence at trade shows and continue to expand their network of retail and wholesale clients.
As they scale their operations, we are seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to lead growth across both eCommerce and B2B channels. This pivotal role will focus on driving sales, optimizing performance across platforms, and expanding our market presence in the online and offline spaces.
Key Responsibilities
eCommerce Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue across Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shein, and other platforms.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and create targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies, boosting traffic and conversion rates.
- Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to ensure competitiveness and maximize sales.
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and adjust strategies to align with business goals.
