Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base within the construction industry. This individual will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with construction companies, and positioning Hire10 as the go-to recruiting firm for their staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction management sector.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruiting solutions.Create and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and meet sales targets.Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure the successful placement of qualified candidates.Represent Hire10 at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase brand awareness and generate leads.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Qualifications :
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the construction, staffing, or recruiting industries.Strong understanding of the construction management industry and its talent needs.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.Why Join Hire10?
