Our client is seeking a dynamic Division Director to lead their growing IT Staffing division in the Cincinnati, Ohio market.
For candidates who have only manages Account Executives and not the recruiting/delivery side, this client will also consider bringing someone in as a Sales Manager.
As a key player in our client’s start-up office, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing existing accounts, and leading and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:
- Business Development: You will take an active role in breaking into new accounts, bringing in new business, and expanding the company’s market presence. There is significant potential for growth, as the market remains largely untapped.
- Team Management: Your role will involve effectively managing and developing the team. This includes holding Account Executives (AEs) and Recruiters accountable for meeting or exceeding their metrics and expectations. You will provide coaching and support to help AEs and Recruiters succeed in their roles. Furthermore, you will set clear expectations for performance metrics and implement effective management and mentoring strategies to foster the growth of the internal team. As the team expands, you will also have the opportunity to hire and onboard additional members.
Profile Requirements:
- IT Staffing Sales Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in IT staffing sales. We are specifically seeking individuals with a consistent track record of success in this field.
- Management Experience: The ideal candidate should have experience in a management position, including experience in hiring and growing a team.
- Strategic Business Development: We are looking for candidates with a strategic approach to bringing in new business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the IT staffing industry. Additionally, you must possess strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and develop the team effectively. Familiarity with the local market is highly desirable.
Compensation:
The comp package for this position includes base salary, commissions, overrides, bonuses, and other incentives. Specific details regarding percentages and numbers will be discussed during the interview process.
Work Arrangements:
This is an onsite role requiring candidates to be present at the office 4-5 days a week to facilitate team integration and ramp-up.
