Position: Professional Services Recruiter
Location: Washington, D.C. (Onsite 4 Days/Week)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
The team at HireAlliance has partnered with an outstanding Washington DC staffing agency in their search for an experienced Professional Services Recruiter to join their team!
This is a full-cycle recruiting role, where you’ll source, interview, and place candidates in temporary and contract Professional Services roles while building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
Candidates coming directly from a staffing agency environment are highly encouraged to apply! Our client will not consider candidates from a corporate recruiting background for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Identification
- Proactively source and engage potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct internet searches and utilize job board search tools to identify top talent.
- Perform outbound cold calling to connect with and build relationships with candidates.
Candidate Assessment & Qualification
- Conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit for client roles.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews, providing resume reviews and interview coaching.
- Deliver feedback to candidates and offer guidance on career development.
Offer & Onboarding
- Extend job offers and manage the hiring process.
- Support candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Stay in touch with candidates on assignment, addressing any concerns.
Other Responsibilities
- Track recruitment pipeline and key hiring metrics.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in professional services or staffing but niche switchers may be considered for strong performers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage both candidates and clients.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
