Title : Senior Business Analyst 3
Duration : 6 Months (3 Years Extension)
Location : The primary work location(s) will be at 701 W 51st Street, Austin, Texas 78751. The working position is Hybrid - On Site and Telework.
Position will be 4 days remote with 1 day (Mondays) required to be onsite at the location listed above.
Summary :
This position will work on a Web-based Power Apps platform-based application that is used by internal the client’s agency staff and external partners that do intake of information from over 1500 users that is then processed as part of detailed analysis agency-wide. This position will perform the duties of a Business Analyst that include collaboration with the delivery teams and application users to gather requirements, perform detailed analysis of requirements to develop requirements and design for required system modifications, complete business requirement documents, user stories, and business area collaboration and / or coordination. Will also work with technical teams to coordinate demos, UAT, code releases, project / product management level planning, and user communication as necessary. Must have experience working in an Agile environment. Some on-call support may be required depending on project phase.

8 Years of Required System Reporting (Oracle, SQL)
8 Years of Required Systems Testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)
8 Years of Required Agile Software Development Methodologies Experience
2 Years of Preferred Project and / or Product Management Experience
1 Year of Preferred Experience with Jira
