Job Description
Ecommerce client's brand marketing team is implementing an Omnichannel marketing framework to manage a personalized customer journey across the ecommerce website for every product category including marketing technologies, data science, business intelligence dashboard and content management platform. This role will be responsible for integrating multiple marketing technologies across the Omnichannel customer journey and enable generative AI technologies to enhance customer experience across various stages of marketing and website sales funnel.
- As a Omnichannel Marketing Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing the Omnichannel marketing framework including marketing technologies, data integration and automation around content management platforms and digital shelving for the ecommerce website.
- The Omnichannel Marketing Tech Lead will be responsible for day-to-day collaboration with the branding, digital marketing, and online sales to team to ensure the technology implementation aligns to each department goals driving towards Awesome you' s business objective in terms of growing revenue for established and emerging product brands.
- Programming generative AI algorithms using latest generative AI technologies like chat GPT, Microsoft copilot or google Gemini on the python programming platform, spring boot using database management systems like MySQL, Snowflakes, Amazon RDS etc.
- Creating AI enabled algorithms or automated chatbots for Ecommerce client's website.
Below is the detailed and project-specific job duties, day-to-day tasks and percentage of time devoting to each duty
1. Join Agile scrum ceremonies along with the scrum teams to discuss project requirements and share status updates. (10%)
2. Spend time with marketing, branding and online sales department on a day-to-day basis to understand functional requirements and design the technical framework. (40%)
3. Perform programming using Generative AI technologies like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini using Python programming language and multiple database systems like MySQL, Snowflakes, Amazon RDS etc. (40%)
4. Testing newly created Omnichannel marketing capabilities and conducting demos to respective business functions as needed. (10%)
