Your schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.

Your mission & responsibilities as Medical Assistant :

Your primary mission will be assisting Dr. Berry in the procedure room .

You must know how to operate in a sterile environment.

You will also assist with patient care (room prep for procedures and tending to patients after procedures).

You need to be a great multi-tasker! You will assist in taking patients back to the room, doing the vital signs and workups for NP's and Dr. Berry, etc.

Required experience and qualifications :

C.M.A. or C.C.M.A. or R.M.A. You must provide a certificate of qualifications .

Ideally 2 years of experience.

Preferred soft skills :

Dependability is a MUST - you must be punctual.

Attitude : We are a smaller office...that means there is no such thing as "that's not my job."

You will need to learn basic front desk skills. This consists of, but is not limited to, answering phones and checking patients in on the EMR system.

You must be a people person who can easily speak to patients in a kind manner and get along well with co-workers.

Assisting NP with charting if needed...so you must be able to spell correctly.

Able to give the patient great customer service.

Be able to work as a team.
