Offered salary and other compensation :

Based on your experience and performance record, we offer $110K - $150K. Additionally, we offer

About our practice :

We are a busy vein center with seven locations throughout central Florida. Our practice began in 2006, as a single vein center in Winter Park, Florida. We currently have one PA and one NP who have both been with the company for over 8 years. The practice has grown every year since its inception.

Why join our group :

We have a loyal staff of "A" players, most of whom have been with the company for several years. The practice has been improving its processes and procedures for almost 20 years. This allows the offices to run smoothly and allows the providers time to focus on patients rather than documentation.

No experience with vein care is necessary. The practice will train you until you are an expert in all facets of vein care.

There is no weekend or on-call hours. Typical workday is 9 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm.

We are growing quickly.

The atmosphere is all about being patient-centric and being efficient.

Good work / life balance with close to 50 days of PTO per year.

NOTE : You will be asked to drive to offices in Winter Park, Melbourne, Winter Haven, Daytona, Apopka, and Sanford depending on the day of the week. Every other Friday is off. An effort is made to try to send Pas and NPs to the same 2-3 offices to limit travel.

Your Mission as Physician Assistant / Registered Nurse Practitioner :

You will be part of a growth plan into new areas of Central Florida. Ultimately you will run your own schedule working autonomously evaluating patients and performing procedures.

Because the staff have worked together for so many years and because "drama" is never tolerated, this results in a very positive work environment with excellent comradery.

Your duties and responsibilities as Physician Assistant / Registered Nurse Practitioner :

Approximately 80% of your time will be spent doing procedures. Procedure includes :

Endovenous laser treatment

Endovenous radiofrequency ablation treatment

U / S guided foam sclerotherapy

Spider vein treatments with sclerotherapy and laser

Micro phlebectomy

Patient evaluation

Patient Education & Counseling

Some documentation and administrative tasks.

Required experience and qualifications :

Physician Assistant

No experience with vein care is necessary but you need to have experience with procedures in the O.R.
