Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm
Work setting : Outpatient Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Clinic
Location : 3691 Willowcreek Road, Suite 102, Portage, IN 46368
Lakeshore Bone & Joint Institute in Portage, IN is seeking a Physical Therapist and / or Physical Therapy Assistant with an interest in sports rehabilitation to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to level-up your career and work closely with fellowship-trained sports medicine surgeons, a board-certified sports physical therapist, a clinical psychologist, certified athletic trainers, a master’s level exercise physiologist, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, and others.
