The Production Operating Manager will lead cross-functional teams, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and align operations with strategic goals to exceed customer expectations. You will be working on the production line alongside your team. Prior machine operator experience is required, not just experience managing operators. Comprehensive onboarding and hands-on training will prepare you to lead effectively and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities
- Lead the team from the shop floor, not the desk

- Learn, monitor, and improve process flows
- Ensure proper departmental ERP system usage
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to meet customer requirements
