The Role :
As COO, reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee SaltWorks’ daily operations and ensure seamless collaboration across critical departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT. Your mission is to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and drive profitability.

- Strategic Leadership : Define and communicate corporate objectives and KPIs, driving organizational performance and accountability.
- Operational Excellence : Identify challenges and implement innovative solutions to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Sales & Marketing Optimization : Refine strategies that align with customer needs and support our position as a market leader in specialty salts.
- Financial Stewardship : Collaborate with the Finance team to analyze P&L statements, optimize spending, and ensure robust financial systems are in place.
- Organizational Development : Shape team structures and promote a culture of engagement, high performance, and continuous improvement.

Salary : $195,000 - $230,000. This is an exempt position.
