CNC Programmer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop CNC programs for complex components using advanced CAD and programming systems.
- Process parts made from various materials, including metals and alloys such as aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel.
- Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes to meet high-precision specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and geometric tolerances.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing CNC programs to improve performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced CNC programming software and multi-axis machines.
- Ability to program directly from drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong organizational skills to manage program revisions and tool configurations.
- Reliable and adaptable, with a willingness to work additional hours as needed.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills for collaborative environments.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $105,000 - $120,000 per year
