Description:

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as a liaison between internal operations and customers, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and effective resolution of issues.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, managing inquiries related to order timelines and associated fees.
- Provide regular updates on production schedules, maintain action item lists, and ensure commitments are met.
- Stay informed about manufacturing processes to anticipate and address customer needs.
- Verify pricing on incoming purchase orders against original quotes to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate and oversee outside service processes based on customer and specification requirements.
- Manage scheduling for shipping and receiving operations.
- Participate in contract reviews by verifying pricing accuracy for established accounts.
- Conduct regular cross-departmental meetings to ensure production schedules are current and aligned.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident phone presence and capability to perform hands-on tasks when needed.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in high-precision manufacturing industries is advantageous.
