You’ll be the architect behind our fleet planning framework, optimizing everything from acquisition to maintenance to performance tracking. Hybrid Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Occasional travel to business sites as needed

️ What You’ll Be Tackling
Oversee all vehicle lifecycle processes, including procurement, leasing, maintenance, and disposal
Create and refine operational policies for safety, efficiency, and compliance
Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to integrate fleet strategy into broader business plans
Manage vendor contracts and optimize service delivery
Analyze performance metrics to pinpoint areas of improvement
Drive initiatives around sustainability, cost control, and risk mitigation
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field ( required )
10 years leading fleet operations teams ( must-have )
Familiarity with DOT, OSHA, and related regulations
Skilled at building teams, implementing systems, and leading safety initiatives
Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making mindset
Who You’ll Report To
This role has direct visibility with executive leadership and collaborates across various business units in a matrixed environment.
