Position : Federal Work Study – IT for Library Services
Location : Athens Campus
Department : Financial Aid
Reports to : Shirley Moon, Financial Aid Coordinator
Salary / Benefits : $10.00 per hour, maximum 19.5 hours per week. No State of Georgia benefits.

Responsibilities :
- Answer phone calls.
- Troubleshoot computer problems—if freezing up, won’t print, or not booting up, etc.
- Assist students with library resources, including but not limited to GALILEO and searching the library catalog.
- Learn to use and teach others about technology equipment available in the library, such as the 3D printer, 3D pen, Sphero, etc.
- Assist students with access to library information.
