Job Description :

We are seeking a Maintenance Operator to support the manufacturing of high-strength aerospace fasteners by performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs . This role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime , and maintains production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery, including CNC machines, lathes, mills, and presses , following established schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Identify and replace worn or damaged parts to prevent production disruptions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs for compliance and tracking purposes.
• Work closely with production teams to address and resolve equipment-related challenges.
• Manage spare parts inventory , ensuring availability of essential components.
• Adhere to company safety protocols, procedures, and compliance regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent ; technical certification or associate's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance , preferably in a manufacturing environment .
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills .
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals .
• Familiarity with various types of production equipment , including CNC machines, lathes, mills, and presses.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or precision machining .
• Knowledge of CNC controls or machinery used in fastener manufacturing .
• Forklift certification .
