What are the responsibilities and job description for the Process Engineer position at HireBridge?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop manufacturing processes from initial design to completed product.
- Work with various materials, including metals and alloys.
- Determine required tools and processes to achieve product specifications and business objectives.
- Interpret blueprints, geometric tolerances, and symbols to meet industry standards.
- Design fixtures and tooling to support production.
- Analyze and resolve day-to-day production challenges, requiring strong problem-solving and machining expertise.
- Participate in the Material Review Board (MRB) process and oversee repairs for nonconforming parts.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in CAD and CAM programming software.
- Understanding of industry-specific welding, coatings, heat treatment, machining, and grinding processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
- Experience with CNC programming is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of practical experience, or equivalent education.
- Interest in manufacturing and process engineering.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $90,000 - $100,000/year

Work Hours:
- Standard office hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Full-time position.
