Responsibilities
- Lead the team from the shop floor, not the desk
- Be a lean manufacturing guru: Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Oversee tooling and fixturing to maintain quality and process readiness.
- Learn, monitor, and improve process flows
- Ensure proper departmental ERP system usage
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to meet customer requirements
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing machine operator experience (Required)
- CURRENT aerospace experience (Required) .
- Extensive experience in manufacturing operations
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Spanish language skills (not required)

Compensation:
- $100k - $120k DOE
- Additional bonuses based on performance goals
