We want to add an experienced and motivated Territory Sales Representative to find and develop opportunities with potential clients.
Position Summary:
Our Outside Sales Reps drive new business development and generate revenue by building strong relationships with prospective clients. They work with clients offering customized labor and recruiting solutions to meet clients’ unique workforce needs. Our team members have a proven track record in outside sales, specifically in staffing or intangible sales, who can thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with stake holders at businesses of all sizes.
Present staffing solutions tailored to clients' needs, including temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to discuss their hiring challenges and propose solutions.
Maintain and manage a pipeline of new opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure orders.
Report on sales activities, opportunities, and client feedback to management.
Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to enhance business development efforts.
