What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welder position at HireCall?

Welders

PAY : 22-24 / hr.

SHIFT : 2nd

LOCATION : Tulsa

WELD TEST : MIG / FLUXCORE weld test.

A GREAT Tulsa company is looking for CLASS B Welders with experience 1-3 years of experience.

Required Experience

1-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE required in MIG and FLUXCORE experience.
Must be able to pass a MIG / FLUXCORE weld test.
Basic Math skills
Must have a firm understanding of volts and amps and be able to adjust accordingly.
Must follow all safety policies and procedures.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Must be willing to work frequently overtime.

Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Must be able and willing to work at elevated heights from ladders, scaffolding, aerial work platforms, etc.

Work may include pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds, such as raw or fabricated material, equipment, or tools.

Must be able to perform tasks in hot and cold temperatures.

Work will include frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and stooping and occasional climbing onto equipment.

Work involves standing and / or walking for extended periods of time, up to a minimum of 8 hours per day.

The essential job functions and duties outlined in this position are considered safety sensitive.

High School degree, diploma, or a GED equivalent qualification from a certified college.
