About the Position :
This position will work closely with the CEO and the IT Business Development Manager to successfully fulfill IT Recruitment duties and assist with Business Development / Sales responsibilities . Qualified candidates should have a proven track record in successfully placing all levels of IT positions and past experience in selling IT Recruitment services . They should be an expert communicator who can relay complex, technical, and sensitive topics to a wide array of audiences with ease. In addition, those with full-desk experience are highly preferred. This will be an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded individual eager to be a key player in growing the IT Recruitment Branch of a company. Aggressive commissions and long-term growth opportunities are available to reward their efforts.
Type : Full-time, exempt position.
Location : Washington, DC. Hybrid.
Pay : $75K – $85K base plus commissions (uncapped). Expected OTE : ~$120K – $150K .

Key Responsibilities :
Work closely with the supervising manager to prioritize recruitment focus and initiatives.
Assist with Lead Generation and Business Development responsibilities.
Support CEO and Business Development Manager with selling IT Recruitment services to prospective clients.
Attend and participate in client engagement meetings as a subject matter expert and a brand ambassador to the company.
Create professionally written and visually attractive position descriptions while remaining concise and accurate to the needs and requirements of the role.
Utilize various recruitment software to source and pipeline qualified candidates and conduct candidate outreach.
Conduct initial phone screens and virtual video interviews with potential candidates to ensure a mutual fit can be established between the candidate and position based on each other’s needs and goals.
Craft detailed and concise write-ups for qualified candidates to submit to the supervising manager and client.
Maintain close communications with candidates and effectively manage expectations, needs, and challenges.
Assist the supervising manager with additional ad-hoc duties or assignments as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
3 years of Full-Cycle, IT Recruiting experience with proven success in IT placements.
1 years of Sales experience selling IT Recruitment services.
Experience with LinkedIn – RPS and JobDiva (or another major ATS).
Expert communicator with experience working with individuals at all levels of seniority.
High degree of initiative and the ability to stay organized while managing competing priorities and deadlines .
An outgoing individual who enjoys attending professional events and is well-presented on social media.
