This foundation is recognized as a top 30 global nonprofit, dedicated to advancing family welfare and juvenile justice reform. Position Summary: As the IT Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both the administrative and operational needs of the IT Department. This position balances project management, administrative duties, and team collaboration, serving as a crucial bridge within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative and Operational Support: Process contracts, oversee department subscriptions, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting records.
- Project Coordination: Manage timelines, communicate project updates, and support project execution to keep teams aligned and on track.
- Event Planning and Communication: Organize department retreats and team events, assist in internal and external communications, and support calendar and email management for the Director of Technology.
- Technical and IT Assistance: Occasionally assist with IT Help Desk needs and collaborate on IT initiatives to foster operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a professional environment, preferably with experience in nonprofits, law firms, or other service-oriented settings.
- Project Coordination and Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, ideally within an IT or technology-driven setting. Familiarity with Asana or Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, or CRM deployments is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or relevant certifications. Candidates with equivalent work experience or professional development are encouraged to apply.
