What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Product Engineer position at Hirechain?
🚀 We're hiring a Lead Product Engineer to join one of the fastest-growing DeFi platforms.
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years experience in a Product Engineering role (consumer apps, ideally mobile-first)
- Strong product sense and user empathy—design systems, UX, and clean implementation
- Experience working across both Flutter (frontend) and Go/Postgres (backend)
- Ability to ship features quickly, test/iterate often, and move fast with purpose
- Passion for crypto, DeFi, and the mission of bringing open finance to the masses
Nice to Have:
- Background working on consumer fintech or mobile apps
- Startup/scaleup experience during hyper-growth phases
- Familiarity with blockchain protocols (Solana, Ethereum, etc.)
- Knowledge of modern security best practices and architectures
Tech Stack:
- Frontend: Flutter
- Backend: Go, Postgres, Redis
- Infra: Kubernetes, GCP, Docker, Terraform
- On-Chain: Solana (soon expanding to L2s and Base)
