Inside Sales Representative

Who are you?

As an Inside Sales Representative at HireClix, you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing sales leads. You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their unique needs and position HireClix's solutions as the ideal partner for their recruitment marketing efforts.

This is a full-time role based at our headquarters in Gloucester, MA. Candidates must be able to commute to the office 5 days a week to start, with the opportunity for hybrid arrangements in the future.

What it takes to get the job done:

  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients within your assigned industry or market.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Qualification: Alongside Director of Business Development and Field Sales Team, conduct in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to understand their recruitment challenges and goals.
  • Pipeline Management: Accurately track and manage sales opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential clients and internal stakeholders..
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and customer success team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A High School Diploma; an Associates or Bachelors Degree is a plus
  • 0-2 years of experience in a sales role/environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development or previous applicable HireClix experience.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator).
