What You Will Be Doing
Foster innovation by leveraging emerging technologies like AI, RPA, and process automation to optimize business operations and outcomes.
Cultivate an innovation-focused culture within IT and across the organization, encouraging the adoption of forward-thinking solutions.
Lead the Digital Solutions team to deliver seamless, user-centric tools that empower employees and enhance the digital workplace experience.
Streamline processes through automation of onboarding / offboarding, collaboration tools, SharePoint strategy, document management, intranet, search services, and workflow orchestration for improved efficiency.
Oversee the management of the intranet and enterprise mobile applications.
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Over 12 years of leadership experience in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams.
Extensive knowledge of employee productivity tools, with a strong advantage for experience in Enterprise Generative AI implementations or use cases.
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft applications, Azure AI, and Slack Enterprise.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts and innovative ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
Proactive and accountable self-starter with experience in fast-paced, high-growth, matrixed organizations.
Proven success in creating diverse teams and staying ahead of emerging IT trends and technologies.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills, with meticulous attention to detail and sound judgment.
Demonstrates a commitment to privacy, security compliance, and fostering an inclusive, diverse workplace.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to challenges.

Competitive Salary : $180,000 - $300,000 per Year.
