What You Will Be Doing
- Understanding a new product’s details, timeline, and cost compared to other initiatives.
- Understand the interdependencies between projects and work collaboratively.
- Regularly updating on status, plans, and long-term risks, outlining mitigation strategies and consequences of unresolved risks.
- Build strong professional relationships across the company and gain in-depth knowledge of business processes.
- Challenge conventional thinking, communicate clearly and confidently with leadership.
- Assess progress through both formal and informal channels, identify bottlenecks and allocate resources to keep the program on track.
- Lead coordination meetings, anticipates resource needs, and champions the program to ensure successful completion.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science.
- Over 10 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing for consumer and industrial products.
- Broad, cross-functional expertise in quality, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing.
- Strong ability to actively listen and guide teams toward reducing program risks, maintaining timelines, and achieving desired outcomes.
- Confident and composed in meetings with senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
