What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and apply cutting-edge machine learning models on massive datasets.
- Implement algorithms to analyze the content of hundreds of millions of social media posts.
- Leverage advanced models, including large language models, to create complex AI systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field with 7 years of experience.
- Expertise in training classifiers, encoders, and generative models (LLMs) from scratch and through fine-tuning.
- Proficient in Python and SQL, particularly Snowflake.
- Experienced in distributed systems and machine learning models.
- Hands-on knowledge of LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Commitment to rigorous testing and code review practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to emerging technologies and innovative approaches.
