- Must show strong business acumen with ability to learn quickly, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Also possess the following:
- Detail oriented
- Strong work ethic.
- Must be able to process a large volume of incoming documents effectively and efficiently.
- Good communication skills, this person will work with banks and other institutions to verify documents.
- Will communicate with dealers
- Effective time management skills
- Task Prioritization skills
- Good written communication skills
- Review, analyze, and input information from documents received from dealers into ACE during the credit application process.
- Contact banks and insurance companies to validate information needed during the credit application process.
- Identify and communicate inconsistencies with documentation to Retail Credit Management as well as the Fraud Prevention Team.
- Communicate with dealers to acquire documentation needed to fulfil requirements.
- Work with dealers to acquire documentation needed to complete the application process.
- Provide support for Business Center Credit Analysts and Managers with various tasks, i.e. reporting and communicating daily information updates.
