Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Relevant certification(s) such as World at Work (CCP, GRP or similar) desirable.
- Minimum 5 -8 years of direct Compensation and Total Rewards experience in U.S. and Canada. Global experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with exemption determinations, market analysis and compensation benchmarking.
- Preference for dynamic experience working with Sales Incentive Plans strongly preferred, inclusive of the tools and technology to support.
- Will be working as Compensation Analyst.
