Are you ready to build your career by joining a healthcare provider? If so, our client is hiring a Sr. Data Analyst!
What You'll Do:
- The USFHP Quality Lead monitors and provides assistance with the quality program for US Family Health Plan.
- With support, prepares both the annual quality plan and annual quality report.
- Develops and analyzes reports and projects, and makes presentations to providers, leadership and staff.
- Develops and presents materials to both clinical and nonclinical staff in the Plan and within the network regarding actions to improve quality, monitors results for improvement opportunities, and ensures compliance with contract requirements.
- Health plan experience of 10-15 years.
- Experience with SQL scripts - analysis and consolidation for more streamlined and accessible self serve reporting for leaders within USFHP.
- Must have automation experience and strong understanding of data architecture.
- Informatics is their new system.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Health-related field or allied health.
- Experience with chronic disease registries and metrics.
- 2 years Experience in data analysis in a medical group practice setting.
- Experience with electronic reporting tools for generating reports from a warehouse type database.
- Experience with HEDIS, URAC, NCQA, and/or other quality related national standards.
- Clinic operations experience highly desirable as complimentary experience to the above.
- Shift: Days, 40 hours per week.
