Required:
- Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years’ experience
- Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Visualization, Art or Interior Design with 3 years’ experience
- Exhibit a meticulous approach to detail in all work
- Welcome feedback to hone skills
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills by delivering high-quality work on tight schedules
- Strive to achieve in-depth understanding of project requirements, ideas, and direction
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud programs, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Project coordination of 3D exterior renderings used in brochure inserts and community websites outsourced to third party vendors
- Review and proof initial artwork in the first and second review tiers
- Communicate with all project participants
- Perform administrative functions such as daily database updates to track workflows and spending on vendor services
- Optimize the team’s production processes to balance efficiency and quality, in collaboration with project participants
- Honor brand guidelines
