- High school diploma. Preferred Associate’s / Technical degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, or related fields.
- Experience working in the field and greenhouse is desired.
- Self-sufficient in conducting assigned activities.
- Skilled on Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel domestically.
- Time-management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn technical skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated with problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in agriculture and crop management is highly desired.
- Ability to work standing up or sitting for several hours during the day.
- Ability to work under different environmental conditions.
