Certifications :

Graduate of an accredited school of Allied Health Professionals is required.
Required Certification & Licensure : South Carolina Radiation Quality Standard Association (SCRQSA) Radiographer Certification. Nuclear Medicine Certification from AART or NMTCB. BLS thru the American Heart Association.

Mandatory Experience :

PET / NM registered tech with recent PET experience on the GE Discovery MI scanner Must have the SCRQSA in hand prior to starting.

Mon-Fri : -p. No Call Requirements.

Required Skills : Nuclear Medicine Med Tach Imaging

Knowledge / Skills : Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must have demonstrated ability to perform and teach Nuclear Medicine exams to produce satisfactory diagnostic images for interpretation. Knowledge of OSHA, DHEC, FDA and TJC standards and regulations. Responsible for safe operation of Nuclear Medicine and post processing equipment. Ability to operate standard office equipment. Requires a mature individual who projects a professional and business-like appearance. Must maintain strict confidentiality of work related information.
