Required :
- Familiarity US withholding and reporting for global employee share plan requirements
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Excellent time management skills during tight deadlines
- Proactively engage and collaborate with all co-workers globally to build positive rapport to contribute as an effective team member as measured by their feedback
- Analytical, accurate, and strong problem-solving skills essential
- Vocal ability to challenge business deficiencies identified through the tax production process
- An ability to articulate issues both in verbal and written form to help aid swift resolution
- Previous employee share plan and tax production background would be advantageous
- Comfortable with technology and technical concepts in a fast-paced changing environment
- An aptitude for learning quickly with a solid understanding of the Internet, e-commerce and equities
- A deep belief in team success, collaboration and a willingness to adapt to continuous change
- An ability to work independently, handle numerous assignments concurrently and consistently be a self-starter that excels at meeting and exceeding professional goals
