Are you ready to build your career by joining a national leader in tilt-wall and commercial concrete construction? If so, our client is hiring a Tilt-Wall Project Manager!
What You'll Do:
- Ability to manage and schedule multiple projects.
- Perform detailed shop drawing review.
- Develop material lists.
- Maintain quality control through project completion.
- Effectively communicate with, as well as, maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Responsible for leading the project management of tilt-wall projects.
- Work will include, managing projects, creating materials lit, and managing a team of 3 PM's.
- Covers as far North as Jacksonville and South to Ft. Myers.
- Must have a minimum 10 years direct experience in commercial concrete construction and B.S in Civil Engineering or B.S. in Building Construction is preferred but not required.
- Tilt-wall experience required.
- 10 years of tilt-wall project management.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus but not required.
- Strong supervision, communication and organizational skills are essential.
