- Strong Computer skills - must be familiar with how to navigate a Microsoft Windows environment and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Preferred knowledge of mortgage servicing tools, including MSP / Director.
- High level of accuracy and detail oriented / multitasking.
- Must have excellent teamwork orientation and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- to years of experience within client services and mortgage processing, including processing, closing and funding.
- Working knowledge of Mortgage Servicing related activities such as : Loan Onboarding, Escrow, and Remittance processing.
- Working knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines related to mortgage servicing.
- Adhere to turn time commitments while working in a high-volume environment.
- College degree preferred.
- Daily remittance and reconciliation with servicer, break analysis and metric reporting, loan funding, document execution and invoice processing.
- Required to liaise with various internal and external counterparties. This includes external vendors, Operations teams and Private Bankers, Financial Advisers.
- Maintain and develop a culture of operational excellence.
- Wire funding.
- Processing invoices.
- Facilitating mortgage document execution.
- Ensure internal control and external regulatory compliance policies and their impacts are adhered.
- Continuously look for opportunities for business process improvements.
- Support key on-going business goals and initiatives including onboarding of new products as dictated by the Business Unit.
