We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Cannabis Recruiter to become an integral part of our client's team. In this pivotal role, you will engage in a variety of human resources activities that encompass the entire employee lifecycle, from sourcing and recruiting new talent to fostering the retention of our current workforce.

• Key Responsibilities:**
• Talent Acquisition: Diligently screen, recruit, and conduct interviews with prospective employees to identify the best fit for our organizational needs and culture.
  
  

Onboarding and Training: Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed in their roles.

• Cultural Implementation: Actively promote and integrate the company's culture, core values, and policies throughout the organization to create a positive work environment.
  
  

Reporting: Prepare and provide management with requested reports and documentation to support strategic decision-making and track HR metrics.

• Employee Recognition Initiatives: Organize and coordinate events centered around employee recognition, fostering a sense of appreciation and belonging among the workforce.
  
  

File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

• Qualifications:**
• Proven experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or related fields, demonstrating a strong understanding of the HR landscape.
• In-depth knowledge of labor and employment laws to ensure all practices align with legal requirements.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and compelling interactions with candidates and team members alike.
