Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily in-person cold calls to small businesses throughout Metro Detroit.
- Prospect new leads through door-to-door outreach, community networking, and referrals.
- Present and sell custom business solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing clients to promote renewals and referrals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, campaign fulfillment, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications using a CRM system.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on cold-calling and outside sales.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and closing skills with a focus on relationship selling.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized with excellent time management.
- Background in advertising, marketing, or media sales is a plus, but not required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
