Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and issue resolution.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
