Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers find the perfect piece without high-pressure sales tactics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of jewelry, pricing, and basic clerical tasks to assist with daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for customers.
- Assist clients in selecting jewelry, answering questions about metals, gemstones, and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer preferences using our computer system.
- Process transactions efficiently and handle basic clerical duties such as emails, invoicing, and data entry.
- Ensure displays are neat, organized, and stocked appropriately.
- Assist with identifying and sizing rings and other jewelry pieces.
- Stay up to date on new arrivals, trends, and pricing structures.
- Support daily studio operations and collaborate with the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail, jewelry sales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn about jewelry and pricing.
- Comfortable working with computers for clerical tasks and transaction processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and professional with a passion for fine jewelry.
- Must have a valid drivers license & reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass pre employment drug screen & background check
