Landscaper/Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, garden maintenance, and landscape enhancement. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with our experienced team to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and fertilization.
• Assist in tree trimming and tree care to promote healthy growth.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Maintain gardens by weeding, mulching, and watering as needed.
• Operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and saws safely and effectively.
• Participate in hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct regular landscape maintenance tasks to keep properties looking pristine.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and tree care practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with hardscape installation methods is beneficial.
• Ability to operate power tools safely; mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Chainsaw card preferred.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
