Duties
- Perform interior and exterior painting tasks using various techniques and materials.

- Execute stucco application and restoration work to enhance building aesthetics.
- Assist in concrete finishing tasks to ensure a smooth and durable surface.
- Engage in industrial painting projects, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Conduct trim carpentry work, ensuring precise measurements and cuts for optimal fit.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction-related tasks.
- Collaborate with team members on construction estimating for project planning.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all phases of the project.
Requirements
- Proven experience in painting, construction, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with caulking techniques and stucco application is a plus.
- Knowledge of concrete finishing processes is advantageous.
- Experience with industrial painting methods is desirable.
- Strong skills in trim carpentry are beneficial for this role.
- Ability to perform construction estimating for project budgeting is a plus.
- Proficiency in using hand tools safely and effectively is required.
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during work hours.
