-Reporting object: Head of Brand Operations in the Americas
-Work location: United States (flexible business travel required based on project coverage area)
-Core objective of the position: To ensure that the decoration projects of all Mixue brand franchise stores comply with brand standardization requirements, deliver high-quality stores on time within budget, maintain brand image unity, and support rapid expansion goals.
-Base location: Mainly located in the East or West Coast offices, able to accept business trips.
Job responsibilities:
1. Brand standardization implementation: Supervise local construction parties to carry out construction according to the decoration standards of Meixue stores, ensure that material selection meets brand quality requirements, and store design standardization meets the unified requirements of the company's image;
2. Full process project management: In accordance with local laws and regulations in the United States, control the quality of the entire construction process, from early preparation, localization and optimization of drawing design, construction quality inspection and supervision, stage and whole process acceptance and delivery;
3. Risk prediction and prevention: Understand the regulatory requirements for decoration standards in the United States, such as California's Title 24 energy efficiency standards and New York City's fire approval process, establish communication links with the company and third-party decoration companies, and proactively avoid violation risks.
4. Cost and schedule control: Monitor the execution of the decoration budget, develop Gantt charts to track progress, ensure completion within the standard schedule, and optimize the decoration cycle based on local actual decoration conditions;
5. Coordinate and communicate cross departmental issues, explain technical problems to the company and clients, promote localization of company design drawings, and provide feedback and communication on issues.
Basic requirements:
1. In terms of professional skills: being able to understand drawings, and being able to make and modify drawings on one's own are bonus points; Capable of reviewing company drawings according to local government requirements, localizing and improving interior components such as water and electricity;
2. Having experience in the catering industry and entrepreneurship, familiar with the entire decoration process;
3. Have better stress resistance, communicate across departments and time zones, and accept business trips within the United States;
4. I will be on duty in early June and need to attend training in China to complete the standardized store building training for Meixue. The learning period is approximately one month;
5. Bilingual in Chinese and English, able to read and understand Chinese, accepting green cards and local employees.
