Admissions Representatives are primarily responsible for the admission into the facility and maintaining communication between the organization and patient referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Potential Clients: Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails, providing exceptional service to patients, referral sources, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate Transportation: Act as a liaison between drivers and facilities to ensure smooth transportation operations for our clients.
- Verify Insurance: Confirm medical insurance details to facilitate the admissions process.
